GigaBaler – Automatic Baler

With a compaction force of 60 tonnes, an integrated heavy-duty shredding rotor and a pre-baling valve, the GigaBaler produces high-density bales of cardboard, paper and TetraPak® cartons the size of a Euro pallet, with a typical weight of 500-550 kg.

Thanks to its wide rear feed, the GigaBaler is particularly suitable for off-dock, through-wall, chute-feed and stand-alone applications, and can be loaded manually, with bin/crate/pallet tippers, with a forklift, with a shovel/grab, with extraction and with a conveyor belt.

The material is forced into the rotor by a hydraulic wobble plate located at the base of the feed chamber, allowing for continuous feeding at all times.
