There 6X1 box line allows you to manage in a way fully automatic and with the help of a single operator the preparation of product boxes from the moment they are filled to shipping.
The line is ready for the connection to management software and certified Industry 4.0.
Production up to 100 boxes/hour with minimum dimensions L=170; H=100 and maximum L=650; H=650; weight up to 25 kg.
How is it structured?
At the beginning of the line we find a free roller conveyor for the preparation of the box. The operator is positioned at this point of the line and is responsible for manually filling the box with the products to be shipped
A taping machine then seals the box with a strip of tape for closing on the bottom and one on the top.
The box is then automatically transported to the scale and weighed, then through a vision sensor positioned above, dimensions and volume are detected, data that are sent to the management system for label processing. To complete the operations in this station, one or more cameras take photos that are saved and attached to the packing report. The collected data is saved on the PC that accompanies the line.
The data collected from the previous station are used together with all the remaining data collected from the customer's management system to compile and prepare the package label which, in this position, is automatically applied during transit on the side of the box.
The box is then automatically transported to the strapping machine which applies the straps completely automatically and then unloads towards the exit.
At the end of the cycle the box is unloaded and accumulated on the extendable roller conveyor from which it can be removed for shipping.
The only intervention where an operator is needed is at the initial station, a detail that significantly reduces management times and consequently significantly reduces costs.
